A typical day at Ster kinerkor... start of with the mind set, having a well prepared attitude is needed as you start your foundation for the rest of your day according to preparation. Secondly issuing out of floats and stock in oEden for the cashiers to trade, once that's completed I then insure everything is in place by doing a floor walk, which includes customer services and delegating when needed. Observation is then key as you need to be present during show. Those steps get repeated for 3 more shows followed by stock takes and cash ups. Most challenging part of my day is dealing with customers that have unexpected issues, but it's also exciting at the same time. Communications with my co-workers is key so I keep a healthy relationship with a open door policy.

Ster-kinekor is a wonderful wonderful company full of opportunities and a great company for one to start your career in the corporate working world to get foundation and it also teaches you to be a team player,what I enjoyed the most is being a hands on person help people solving problems they have maybe with their cards or helping them register online their vitality cards or signing up on the app, helping the download what they need or some cases the payment went through but they didn't receive any confirmation that challenges you as manager to make good business decisions and stuff greatest feeling ever knowing you manage to remove sadness and you make your people happy is a wonderful experience.
Pros: I do believe if you work hard and show dedication everything is possible like myself I'm now a floor supervisor and I'm still continuing to work hard and prove myself that I will achieve what's in my mind and heart
Cons: Abnormal working hours shifts of course like I said working hard expect the unnexpactable, hard work and dedication first will set you free

It’d is nice great company to work for it’s got pot opportunity’s , you can learn a lot from . Good on learning
I make roster for 10 employees, building team work to achieve good profit and customers service satisfaction. as a manager I always have good and short time for the debrief , so that they can also know our budgets and our targets and plan together on how are we going to make that happen. working as team is good so that we can have a same vision on how to achieve the same goal.

Good in customer service
Ster Kinekor it's a long company with lot of work and management,it's a busy environment were by sometime you work double shift even late shift you must be willing to work under pressure but mostly on busy day like month end it becomes very hectic,we always make because we work as a team work helping each other . The most challenges we face when we're off line and customer they want to buy tickets on which some them they're come far and they will be complaining on which customer is always right at all the time you just have to humble your self . I enjoy working with people because I always give my best on customer service

Training is provided and it's a nice start to get experience in dealing with clients face to face and how t The hours may be long but at the end you get to smile when it's pay dayo control moods involved

Excellent customer service
Friendly,honest, trustworthy,kind and a hard working person who's willing to learn accept new task/challenges in a new environment with a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues, always doing my work without being told to do so and forever giving out best customer service to make our customers happy and repeat business to our company and word of mouth the world wide.

Excellent learning
I learn many thing at sterkenikor i learn how to speak with costumer, how can i solve a problem for costumer or staff members if we have a problem. I enjoy at sterkenikor when i save costumer i smile i communicate with them i do my work fast to push que challenge is when as a company have power failures costumers the do not understand if we try to speak with them . The need a refund refund of all thing that paid it means company is going to loose
