Good Day I have a number of years of Operations Management experience in the Services Industry. I am Service Orientated, people driven, hands on and have extensive client relationship management experience. I have intensive experience in Services and Operational management. My business exposure includes working with various levels of staff and customers, from junior to Executive level. I am innovative, adaptable, and energetic individual who enjoys working in a team environment. My attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as having worked in an environment of confidentiality makes me an ideal person to employ in a senior management position. Learning Curve

It is difficult to get systems in place as no one follows them. A typical work day is being busy yet not getting anything done. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we get on very well. I have learnt how important structure and clear lines of what to prioritise is Being left alone to complete the task at hand I am not qualified enough for the reporting and accounting expected from me.

Pros: My boss is a lovely person
Cons: Micro Management, no structure
