Opportunity to be able to meet different kinds of clients

Actioning of emails , purchasing weekly stock, weekly stocktakes , recieving stock , closing open po's , making sure we sufficient staff to run the business for the enitre day . Checking of all correct movies played inside cinemas. Managing servest cleaning staff. Having staff meetings every morning updating everyone about previuos day figures. Create healthy competition amongst workers and reward the winners . Lessons learnt to be patient , be humble as you meet different people everyday , and offer best customer serviceat all times. Enjoyed most was when i went out to different schools marketing for business. Challenges not meeting monthly targets and had work hard the following month to make sure that targets are met.
