Writing a Newsletter for Ster-kinekor

It's been a great pleasure being part of the Ster-kinekor family and I have learnt a lot about the movie industry. Be able to be part of 57 cinemas in all the province including The Zambia sites. Working with the Head of Corporate Social Investment while changing the lives of the unprivileged children. Making sure that they get a chance to have access to the appropriate spectacles so that they can see and read. Managing campaigns for all the 57 cinemas. My team is incredible, because we work as team in order to deliver the great services to our customers. Interesting part of working for Ster-kinekor as Customer Experience Consultant and Event Coordinator is working with all the department acquiring new, different skills everyday. The working environment is so convenient for all the employees. This includes the free gym we have, the cinema for preview of up coming movies.

Pros: Be able to work with all the department and cinemas. Learning new skills everyday.

Bittersweet learning journey

working at Sterkinekor is fun, there are lot of young vibrant employees, i formed many relationships with many departments since i was at Human resource, i have learned so many things about different cultures. had a great relationship with my co workers, would attend team buildings, help each other, support each other. the most challenging thing was dealing with performance bonuses, i enjoyed helping with conducting interviews and working with the chief directomeetings, compiling reports, writing down minutes and being part of meetings

Pros: there is growth in the company
Cons: looking long hours and alwaya willing to do more
