I have good co workers it's their strategy of changing the company which is not good because they are decreasing salaries but more work and no one is happy with the situation I would like to get a better job with better salarie than this job I can't even mainten myself am struggling.But I used to enjoy my work but now it's like am working for eating only.i real like movies and I enjoy working with customers.Bad service is very bad for the business and I do the best I can to avoid customer complain.

Pros: Not good on promotion because of bad salarie
Cons: Long working hours

Self motivated

Working at sterkinejor made me learn aloy of things in life . As working in a team giving new ideas to others ..its really made me see life differently ..the company dont know hire to what you applied fot but also motivate you to upgrade

It was very cool to work with my colleagues and we were very happy like we were family

I was working as a multi-skilled cashier with 18 staff and 4 management.We were very cool and happy on that company.We were doing very well to get profit,sometimes our manager even asks us to be practising managers ,so sometimes we were controlling the foyer like everything that needs manager even customers.I was scanning,counting stock,counting people inside the cinema,stock taking,capturing stock etc.

Pros: I had a great opportunity to get promotion to a supervisor
Cons: We even had long hours and over time

It was very cool to work with my colleagues and we were very happy like we were family

We were doing very good with our managers.I have learnt many things in that company ,things like counting stock,stock capturing on the system,stock taking,acting as a manager ,stock receiver,attend customers,assist customers on self service tills if they are not used to our system,changing post,check the cinemas,count people inside the cinema.I was working dayshift and night shift and sometimes i was working even overtime because i was enjoying to work.

Good learning curve

I was working dayshift and sometimes night.I was very enjoying and with my colleague we were very close, I have learnt to work individual and work as a team.

It was very cool to work with my colleagues and we were very happy like we were family

Where i was working, we worked as large staff and we were enjoying to work together coz like sometimes we were grouping ourselves into two groups working dayshift others work nightshift.Our managers were very happy coz like they saw that we able to work as team happily.

Pros: I had a great opportunity to get promotion as a staff guidance.

Good learning curve

I am always willing to learn new things.I am a hardworker and i am used to work on pressure also i am used to work retail hours and i enjoy retail hours.I have learnt alot like i've learnt to work with various people ,work as individual and as a group.

Excellence learning curve

The only thing that im doing there is to give the customer the right service,it is very good to work with my collegue and we always work as a team we aslo face all the challenges together in order to make the great profit for the company.what i have learnt is that together we can make it with our team

Good learner

I learn very fast.I like retail hours and we had a good relationship with my former colleagues and manager ,i was enjoying and feeling comfort around them.The most challenge i have experienced is when we have loadshedding at work,people get angry and shouting at us but that was not hurting me coz like i took it as part of my job.
