I strive to learn, grow and develop personally irregardless of the circumstances or conditions.
I am an outcomes oriented person who strongly believe team work and every individual's effort does matter to the bottom line and organization's performance. I believe in interpersonal relationships as they are key to success of the organization. My work day involves managing all operations of the Centre which involves A restaurant, Bar, Conference venues, Library, Computer Lab, Museum, Retail shop, Business Incubator, Amphitheater , auditorium and staff supervision, training and development. I apply a lot of employee involvement and participation as regards to brainstorming and decision making processes in the organization. What I enjoy most is tackling problems as a team or unit and working together to find common solutions. the most challenging aspect of the job is to motivate and influence the team to effectively and efficiently perform and deliver the results desired in a NGO organization with remitted resources and skills profile.

I am willing to lean and play my part in the developmentment of the organisation.
My organization is one that believes all stakeholder relationship building. Every one is involved and participates in the well being and success of the Organization through brainstorming and analyzing and implementing team based common solutions. The central belief is results oriented through total individual efforts and performance. my typical work day involves overseeing all centre operations and performance that is HR, Financial management, Events and Marketing, Restaurant and Bars, Conferences, IR and retail shop. I have a strong interpersonal relationship with all my subordinates and have learnt it is through that success is ensured. I enjoy working in teams and realizing set targets and results and the most challenging aspect about my job is that of targets and finding solutions as team for the betterment and common good of the organization. i also enjoy leading people and though it can be an uphill task keeping them motivated.
Pros: i am looking for growth and development opportunities and space were i can meaningfully contribute.

I am mature, highly qualified and have several years of experience within the hospitality industry where I have implemented turn-around strategies and operational systems. I am passionate about the industry and have good work ethics, interpersonal and communication skills, controls and productivity, business performance, profit driven and an effective cost containment manager.
