Ready to explore

Able to work under less or no supervision. A team leader and able to work under pressure. Energetic and goal orientated individual who is ready to learn and progress in life. Well job planning and as well as training and groaming the junior staff.

Pros: Safety procedures are the most things to be implemented. Time frame and urgency to breakdowns attendance
Cons: Working 9hours a day and five days a week. And one standby a month for seven days unless arranged.
