Huge potential to earn more money

I have just recently started but my day typically involves looking for leads and pitching the company's service to prospective clients. Since its a purely commission based job employees work alone in the field. The good thing is I determine my own success and how much I can make. The difficult part of the job is dealing with a lot of rejections due to the nature of the service offered. But as an experienced sales person I know this is part and parcel of the profession. I just have to stay focused and determined

Just ok

these no basic salary nothing is motivating , you create your own leads using your own money even on travelling and they tread u like a child as if the are doing u a favour. In short or closing it's a hell of a place

Excellent Working Place, Great Environment to meet all types of people

A great company to work at. Polite and helpful managers, great company for growth. Very Challenging working industry of sales no financial assistance from company like travel allowance, job required excessive traveling

Fast leaner

My goals are to secure a position with highly motivated team where the application of my knowledge and background can be exposed and utilized to achieve the organizational common goals. I also strongly believe that I can do everything that I put my head into, with little supporting, help and time I can do anything.

Gaining more experience

What I have learned in this company is that you earn from your hard Work,I have learned to welcome different kinds of people and their culture,Going out there to meet clients was not easy for me but after i have learned that it pays off and you get to learn from them and also gain more experience i never stopped reaching my goal...

Excellent company to work for.

- Working basically on appointments and compulsory Monday meetings. - Great team and willing to assist each other always. - Stock Exchange is what I learnt and got to understand. - Enjoy doing presentations for the clients. - Most challenge is when most of your clients keep telling you stories and not signing up for our SMC>

Excellent learning curve

I've resently worked at stock market dynamics as a sales consultant I've worked there for 3weeks it was a great learning experience I see my self as doing something similar in my path I've studied for a draughting position which I would like to go further with.. It was a great team building experience. As a sales consultant we worjed with clients everyday. What I e joyed the most was the learning experience of the stick marketing.

Learning curve

They teach you more the stock market Knowledge on how to trade on the JSE Market Knowledge on doing group preparation Building a good business relationship with clients
