Excellent learning curve

My day at the company begins with me attending a company meeting with the managers. This is necessary for all the the employer of the company as it helps us set goals that must be accomplished and what areas we need to prioritize in order to get things done. I explain what my tasks for the day will be as does everyone in the meeting. I usually start my day by first examining my area of responsibility in order to see if everything is in order. I then proceed to water all the plants especially the roses. I then prune the roses and remove any deadheads. I then examine the entire area to see if the is a need to construct a display. If the is I then design the display on paper to get a better feel of it and proceed to construct it with some help if it is needed. This will take the whole day and when I'm dome I make sure that the whole area is clean and I am done for the day.

Good management exposure

Planning by having regular meetings. Each morning intensive sharing of company information with all staff members. Report back sessions with senior management. Accountability meetings. Company core values to be upheld and living with integrity and conducting business accordingly. Working in pressured environment exposure great. Following key trading and management roles key to my success. Managing additional portfolios have me greater exposure and self awareness.

Great experience in customer service n landscaping

U acquired quite a lot of experience in this industry,u have been working with different people and their behavior SMS,si I think I gained a lklot of experience. I also enjoy customer service and interaction with customers and clients when I do consultation. I also gained experience in landscaping as I was doing domestic gardens.

Nursery sales consultant

I was a nursery sales consultant , the job was basically helping the customers with anything related to plants, i create some bond or rather communicate with the customers so that they would be comfortable and happy with aim of making them to buy and If it happens that the product is out of stock, prescribe another similar product. Also maintain the plants such cleaning on the floor where they are displayed, merchandising, watering the plants and assist other departments such Landscaping.

Pros: great opportunity and exposure on what is like to be in the industry
Cons: long hours and days
