Well, my career and knowledge have proven to grow vastly over the years. I am an independent worker.. a strong worker who never backs down from.a challenge. Challenges are how people grow and i tend to enjoy it. I am deadline driven, as a payroll administrator deadlines tend to grow on you. I will be an asset to your company.

Pros: When you independently,difficult situations are handled by yourself. You see yourself grow by providing a solution.
Cons: Deadlines take up most of your tim.

Good Learning curve

Stratostaff is a great company, I worked in a small branch with just a key accounts manager, site supervisor and cleaner which is under my supervision. It is a recruitment agency and I do payroll for plus minus 300 temps. My dutiea include but are not limited to administration related duties, transfering of calls, minute taking, recruitment and selection, interviews, reference checks, bookings for trainings and inductions. I joined the company in November 2014 and I am now looking for something permanent, with a better salary as well as more challenging.

Pros: Improved my HR Skills
Cons: Deadline pressure of Timesheet submission

I'm 9 years in payroll and I have worked on SAP and VIP People system...

I am a easy going person that gets along with anyone and I love to motivate people to strike their goals...I am a team player that loves to assist people and I also love to take on challenges. I love working and I take my job very serious

Pros: I believe great opportunity for promotions comes with great responsibility... Well I guess that's my thing
Cons: If it means getting the job done ...then working late would not bite

My day at work

A typical work day is hectic due to me working in the employment industry. Placing of staff on a regular basis and running a site. I do HR administration work as well as run a office for day to day running of the office. Invoices,timesheets,PPE and stationery order ,medicals booking. I work closing to the operational team. I learnt a lot in this industry and its extremely challenging. I enjoy being able to provide work to the unemployed.

Pros: There is room for Promotion but it will take years and loads of stress.
Cons: Working hours and the demand of the client besides my other duties.

It was an excellent company to grow in

Busy everyday payments everyday sometimes there is no time to take a break good relationships and experience cashbooks foreign creditors training posting Treasury forecasts

Iam Sihle Fortunate Mngoma I stay at Umlazi and I studied at DUT doing Public Management

Iam willing to relocate if ever I find the job at another province and I am willing to take any amount of salary that can be offered for a starter. To get a new permanent Job would be a great winning in my life. I strongly believe in a change. Currently i work as a general worker at Stratostaff as it is an Agent that hires for companies like Averda. So most of my time i end up working for Averda where i do cleaning using the chemicals provided by the company.

Pros: As it is an Agent the opportunities for promotion are very scarce because some of my collegues started 5 years are ago but still they are not permanent
Cons: I normally work for 9 hours payday and 6 days a week.

Excellent learning experience

I am self driven with strong morals and values with my positive attitude I can confidently say i will be successful in any company given the opportunity
