My review

My experience in retail was really fun I really enjoyed it. I loved interacting with customers all day making new customers an gaining they trust. I love socializing with co workers. I know my job what's to be done. Everyday is a normal day for me i doo my job to its best. My relationship with fellow workers is always good mom always learning from them. I respect them alot I try to follow in they foot steps. I enjoy interacting with customers all day I love making sales and gaining more confidence more customers to the store. The I learn that retail is not easy it's a very tough job. You have to be smart and know about the product that you selling. But it's really fun filled job if you know how the job is done. The most challenging part of all this for me is that when the store is busy like for eg, December rush they is to many workers of along side side to steal your sales. That I don't like. Other than that it's a really great field to get into.

I want to be trained and develop and grow within the business

I have vast knowledge in the retail sector from sales to management over 10 years and 5 years in management. I'm hands on. Work excellent in groups to achieve store targets and dead lines. Work well under pressure . I do administration of stock and reports to head office .

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long longs worked
