Great Experience Earned

Good Day, During my short career, I developed extensive experience including written and oral communication skills. I currently work in a busy environment and have mastered the skill of handling a bustling environment. I greet at least twenty-five to fifty clients per day, book appointments for them and answer their questions about the company and its products. I also call and e-mail clients on a daily basis confirming appointments. Furthermore, I process payments transactions (cash, vouchers or credit cards). I was also entrusted with keys for the Salon, so when it was requested of me, I would open and close store… The highlight of my job is interacting with clients on a daily basis. I am very hard working and I am always happy to assist in other areas where possible instead of just fulfilling my role. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. No Growth

No growth in the company, title changed but stagnant, same work not more work taken since I've been there. Great people but no increase, no incentives. Same salary all along.
