I have gotten a lot of experience in this organisation.

I have 16 years in the Finance field. I have Accounts Payable and Receivable experience, and General ledger accounts to Trial Balance. My career focus has been to collect, analyse, organise and critically evaluate data and to manage a departmental function effectively and efficiently. My experience also include: Investigate problems and advise customer objections to making timely A/R payments. Make arrangements for payment of outstanding and late accounts; prepare documentation for executive. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied transactions.

Review

Very structured and deadline driven company. Well balanced working culture as holding company is based overseas. Challenges are strict deadlines and group reporting which is high pressure

Developing Multinational

Our organisation just recently merged with other entities and that now placed the organisation in a very vulnerable position where it lost a lot of employees (change management). We are at a point where we trying to find our feet, putting process in place and that is not an overnight job but requires patience and willingness.
