Excellent career opportunity

I loved working for this company. I have learned so much more about HR roles and responsibilities regarding recruiting, contracts, site induction, medical, exit medical, placing of staff national and international, negotiations as well as counselling sessions and finances. I love people and take pride in my work so I was loyal, fair and committed to the employees as well as the employer. I am busy enrolling to further my studies and knowledge in this field.

Pros: Best career opportunity
Cons: Sad they lost one of their biggest contracts and about 30% of staff had to be retrenched and contract had to be ended.
