It was an amazing experience

I managed the reception desk after hours mostly and it could still get very busy. I had to capture people's details on the system as well as manage the door and the telephone at the same time. While doing everything, still had to give the best customer service or handled the customer with care and respect. We were six admin ladies and worked well with each other.

Pros: I could gain experience
Cons: Working weekends
