For starters, everyday a short meeting of previous day's work and things to do for current day. We have open door relationship with co-workers. Everyday is exceptional and always the opportunity to broad your knowledge even with courses. To be hands-on, team leader and to create a atmosphere to be at. Everyday is inspection and preventative maintenance and to accomplish tasks of the day.
