Mr Mofokeng was permanently involved in the construction, supervision and QA/QC OSRE (On Site Representative Engineer) of 75 MW Solar Plant. Mr Mofokeng was also involved in the Engineering part of the EPC where he works with lead engineers from Aurecon and Lonjas Engineering.

Excellent business management

I am employed by a small company and the biggest advantage is the additional roles and responsibilities that I have had to taken on such as legal compliance, stakeholder management, technical studies, grid design and socio economic role out plans.

Pros: Great exposure and huge learning curve
Cons: Focused projects using a single technology
