I am a multitasker.

A business that has growth and needs naturing. I am a confident multi tasker and there is not much that i cant do. I have the advantage of management, admin, quality control, sales all to my benefit. I am computer literate and am very flexible within the work environment.

Open to development

I usually start my work at 8:00 am, collaboratively plan my day, and make sure the most urgent work gets done first. This way I can increase my pace for doing work and can be more productive during the day. In a typical work day, I fulfill management tasks, whereby I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating my team's progress on the various tasks assigned to them.

Cons: long working hours

Excellent Learning Curve

I have learnt a lot from working at Sunfresh Bakery especially since its an environment that I was not used to before, It has been awesome working with my colleagues of whom I have also learnt a lot of things from. Sunfresh has given me the opportunity to get more exposure not only in the Marketing Environment but also in Supply Chain Management which is also one of the fields I really enjoy.

Cons: working on weekends

Excellent lesson

No bonus No overtime No lunch time No set finish time No set payday In sum cases, no set wage No wage slips All cash payments More than one persons workload Getting difficult to please the boss or any other staff Wonderful staff who are all under pressure As a new company, not much consideration is given to staff who sacrifice all they have for the benefit of the company
