Good learning curve

It was awesome to work on this business but we always had the conflict with the managers when its comes to pay, so i decided to leave and look for another job. I have a good communicating skull and i love to work with other people so that the work can go fast.

Pros: No promotion is there, cause the are the workers who had 5years in that business but still in the same workplace.
Cons: Long working hours
