Believing in working together and sharing ideas in achieving the set goal excites me a lot.

Currently my position is a very challenging position that entails me to multi tasks as meeting productivity, but the exciting part about it is when have to be involved in investigations in doing risk assessment and capa which is not easy but I learn a lot of things working hand in hand with the QA Manager who actually gives me the opportunity to exercise my knowledge. Not every member of the staff reporting to me are committed but as a leader make time to engage everyone in been transparent in sharing our monthly commits and the meeting target as planned for me, the team work together in achieving our goal. The company has introduced night shift recently having to put extra hours to manage both shifts was not an easy task in the beginning but recently things works perfectly as meeting targets for production is so achieved in time.

Pros: Its a great opportunity that will make me do what excites me most in learning new things and exercise my knowledge.
Cons: Achieving a set goal its about putting extra time for the best output.

Sunpharma warehouse pharmacist

The current company I work at, allows me to have experience in both quality assurance and quality control . I have learnt how to conduct risk assessments, set up an entirely new warehouse location as well as QMS implementations and development of SOPS. I also do production functions, including control of raw materials and High value stocks and the dispensing of raw materials into production ready pack sizes or quantities.

Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: No room for growth

Not excellent

Typical day work Team player Push fellow employees to deliver for me to reach the expected goal. Too demanding, doing a work for 3people because the company cannot afford more head count Fighting fires and doing damage control

Pros: Great opportunity for learning And growthbecause one had to use initiative and be responsible.
Cons: Long working hours and less support from immediate line of reporting.There was too much pressure and frustration for everyone.
