Exposure to critical care

I Ruth Wilson currently a registered nurse working part time in a critical care ICU.Team work is the key to success,were all the team members of the multi diciplinary team members are involved in care of a client.I have learnt to always also involve other team members to clear misunderstanding when there is unsertainty in client care.What i most enjoy is my relationship i built at work with my patients,familly,co worker and employer.This most challenging aspect is fighting to safe a life s of very young poeple who are critical sick due to trauma.

Cons: Being part time employed

Small hospital

its a great place to learn and improve your knowledge you meet people of all live styles and cultures working together with the maintenance team its small and work well

Pros: salary increase, bonus half year, 13th check, medical aid
Cons: cant take long vacations
