Great experience and learning curve working with different and experienced business minds.

Early starts to deliver targets to reps. As per most companies some relationships are good with co workers and some aren't, felt like some people worked in silos and werent open to new ideas therefore continuing on a path that was failing. Learnings to take away, some people need daily management and pushing. Ill miss working with some good people. The most challenging aspects are figures and sales taken with targets derived from years past.

Seasoned fmcg general

Great competitive family environment. Where we constantly pushing each other to do better. Japanese owned company as a result huge focus on people development and result focused. Massive expansion opportunities. The energy drinks industry is highly competitive and boasts some of the largest manufacturers in the world.
