I enjoyed Medical and surgical wards the most The most challenges in nursing is shortage of staff, hence overworked.

Excellent step of knowing how to deal and help people

i have gathered a lot of experience since started working at a hospital. from where I started working in Pretoria east hospital I met a lot of people was able to help patients. in many different ways , then was introduced to stock and the handling of medicine , I have a little bit of knowledge about the stock and medicine used . and working with people ,amongst people. making sure that I learn a lot and learn how to work as a team and manage to work under pressure as there's a lot of pressure we face everyday there's a new thing coming or something happened . we learn to manage and deal with those kind of problems and do stock takes . and controlling and managing of stock daily

Pros: i need a change and to grown
Cons: i work 8 hours a day
