Good working environment that gives the workers well experience and guidance

Working at Supa bets was very nice because we were helping each other to grow, if u lack some skills we were helping u to grow. There were free lessons like how to handle rude customers and how to deal with people that misbehave and that are drunk. The shifts were flexi because we were getting one day off per week that was making our body to rest than not getting any rest day. There was a good relationship between the management and the workers. The manner in which the management were addressing the workers was always a professional manner. Workers were respecting each other because failure to do so, punishment will be given to u, like cleaning the whole shop for one month. I enjoyed working there because I was learning new things all the time and working with different people. The most challenging part about it, is when a drunk person want to fight u for no reason, but we were trained on how to act professionally and avoid unnecessary uguements.

Pros: We were getting awards for being the best.
Cons: We used to work long hours but we never complained because we love our job

Gained a lot

Working at our company is not bad we are having better relationship as workers.its very hectic company with lots of different customers with different characters each day .this taught me how to work with people good customer service, how to work under pressure, reliability ,loyalty and passion.the most I like is wake up every morning go to work an serve people with a smile regardless of how typical some they are I love working with them.the most challenging aspects is when we are robbed and not getting paid accordingly. They sometimes don't care about our health and safety .
