I want to improve my life with a better job that pays well

As soon as I get to work in the morning (at 6H30) I start with the kitchens. I have four kitchens assigned to myself. I then start dusting and cleaning desk. Empty the dirt bins. If necessary I would wash the dirt bins. I also vacuum the area assigned to me. This is quite a big area and I have to get it done before Leaving for cleaning the boardrooms. I have a set time to clean each area. This does not mean I can do half a job because my team leader checks up and up to now I have never received a bad review. I get on well with my co workers as well as the people in the company I'm contracted too. I enjoy cleaning and I am very proud of my work especially if people compliment me on my skill. There are no challenges in cleaning as it is a skill I was raised with.

Pros: I want to earn more than what I'm currnetly earning
Cons: The pay at Supa care is very little and I am raising a family of two children

Team Work , Attitude ,Time Keeping.

Well i managed to turn a negative environment to a very positive and supportive team. Team Work is very important in any organisation without a T it would be incomplete. Must always have an positive attitude and be mentally strong to support your team.Thinking ahead is the name of the game you always need to think ahead and there is always a solution for every problem.Support your team and always be willing to listen and genuinely care about your staff members.

Pros: Room for growth
Cons: Not an issue with long hours i am a hard worker.
