Great to interact with African countries and learn their process and culture
Relationship with management and colleagues is awesome as there is a common ground across ages and sexes. This job has taught me how to structure my day given the deadlines handed to me which need to be met

Excelent learning curve
i enjoy working at supa bets because we are like one big family,we help each other,we are very big when it comes to team playing.My manager is the most kindest person i have ever met,i have learnt to stay out of office politics,the most challenging aspect is having to work with difficult client but what can i say it is part of my job to deal with them

National diploma and BTech in Recreation Management
Its a good place to gain experience the bosses are very friendly,but there are no chances of getting promotion,we work 6days aweek and they choose off day for you.
Pros: If you work public holiday its double pay
Cons: Long working hours even on weekends and theres no holidays

Great learning experience with customers
The company im working at greatly brought a great experience in my life,ive learnt so much and i've really grown. A typical working day is determined by the customers,if there are no customers it gets slowly and one has no much to do,my production level is very high, I'm good with my colleagues. We have a better understanding of each other as i get to build a great working environment with them. Taking charge and being decisive of any situation is what i have learnt most, Working relationship between customers and staff is important for the production of the company. I enjoy being productive and building a better version of myself each an every day at work,nothing is really challenging in life as i believe so,its just hard learning curve where i get to show all of my potential and capabilities.

my working experiance can count becouse I have a knowladge of working with computer..i was taking bets for customers and dealing with cash floats.. im exalent in communication. and im able to work under any pressure to get my job complete.. office admin is suitable for me becouse I am exalent in micro soft word and micro soft exal.. I can help to perform all duties of a company. this is a great opportunity to me to find this so that I can get different experiance..the relationship with my co- worker is very good my experiance help me to learnt how to treat customers and keep tham happy for my service.

I have learned more about working with customers dealing with customers complaints
When you at work place,you come across with lot of challenges , especially when you work with customers, i believe as customers differs you just have to be patient with them and make sure you dont shout at them but giving them that love for customers and be able to clearly describe for them fully about your product you selling or a service your providing. When you at work is not all about bringing the money in the company but giving customers a good quality, and remembering that customers are very important.

Its good place to start working
its a busy place. with customers coming and place a bet. well everyday its busy day sincewell you basically betting for people and the games are always playing each and every hour the is a game. its a very good place to meet people and if you can multi task its a great place to be there.. i have learn that a team play its important thing as we work with customer that are always in a hurry. .. helping customer getting what they want make me happy...while they win..i knw i have put food in someone table. make my day bright...becouse sme of the people who play..they dont have an income. depend on playing soccer or lotto to get money for food or rent.. so working at supabets have made me realised that this place is helping a lot of people beside me.. basically its a great place to start your job people are very welcome and loving...
