Super tyres is a customer related industry which can be quite tricky if customer service has never been at you dispose. It gets very excited and challenging especially in the sales part as every job is never treated the same. It requires fast thinking, patience, problem solving, customer service, product knowledge and the spirit of working together

Very nice company to work for

Just got to the point where I am stagnating. No real room for advancement. Will be sorry to leave because I have built up very close relationships with staff and customers alike. I have learnto much about training staff and identifying potential in people. I also read / listen to many self help books All real challenges have been met and now I find that I have out grown the job

Pros: Great business as a training ground for a newish manager
Cons: Saturday work
