I work as a ward hostess and enjoy dealingwith different clients
Its a nice job with too much pressure well you meet different kinds of clients and challanges of cultures Food complaints are the most challenges we face and the salary is not enough and the work is too much. The co.workers are good people friendly but stricked at their job for their aim is to provide a good service to their clients
Pros: there is no opportunity of promotions and you do the samething
Cons: we work for long hours for less money 11 hours standing

Diverse culture. People orientated.
My day at work is sometimes unpredictable and had taught me to be a quick thinker, resourceful and calm during intense situations.65% involves travelling in between sites and 35% is administrative. I enjoy my job, however, I feel very complacent and comfortable. I seek a new challenge and opportunity in which my skills and addiction to detail will benefit a new set of peopleand organization.
Pros: Had really broaden my knowledge of management and helped me develop my unique management style.
Cons: Travelling often leads to me being away from home longer than a normal day of work.

Meeting deadline
I am a hard working person enjoy the company with my collegues. We all do understand each other and work as a great team. I did learn alot from and hope to use it in the future to my potential. I like the outdoors and camping, fishing, singing and dancing. Love to have a great time With people. Meeting our deadlines can sometimes be very challenging, but always meet the deadline.

Great teamwork
I have had the opportunity to.learn and grow personally within my role as an Operations Manager. We work well as a team and have had many successful ventures due to our team work.

No place for growth
My current workplace is a very diverse requires multiple skills to be an area manager. Dealing with a large number of employees has its challenges but is also very rewarding at times.
