Work at your best interest product knowledge can make your life much more easier at work

As a sales agent. As we are selling the product, you need convince your co-workers that they can do this only thing they is to be possitive about their job. Nice working hours only six hours per shift Every Friday we are having a motivation presents for being a best obtained sales for the week and for those who reach the target for the day. The most challenge is to work very hard to make sales because your salary depends on how many sales did you made.

Handling high volume of clients but main focus was retaining most our clients

Great opportunity for learning more about the fibres as well as the Flte and how they differ . Learning more about multi tasking since I was on Retentions managing the cancellation requests as well as fighting for retain our clients .also making sure Routers are retained,booking technician,invoicing clients for claw back.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning quickly
Cons: Normal hours
