Excellent learning curve

At supper spar ,I worked at different department which is called job rotation .Thats help me to grow and develop some new ideas that in a company you dont have to know one dimention you have to know everything. Thats help you when you are a manager you'll be in an advantage of what is happenning around tthe company. And also you can perform some work if the employees are not all at work

Pros: promotion
Cons: reducing the hours of employees, ( workers work 5 hours in a day )

Leard to interact with people

The expirence was more about communicating with diffrent people everyday ,that gave me a since of how to work with diffrent personalities .also the expression of sharing diffrent ideas within the company.

Pros: Good communication with people
Cons: 15 hours
