Responsible to ensure that all files are neatly maintained and kept up to date at all times. Responsible for placing of advertisements internally. All internal advertisements must be distributed throughout the company and be placed on the Notice boards at the Botshabelo Processing Plant Making sure that all CV’s must be collected in a File and 24 hours after the closing date of the vacancy, the File must be handed to the HR Manager Responsible for arranging the interviews Ensure that all new Staff undergo a pre – employment medical Ensure that all new Staff attend induction training Updating attendance registers according to new recruits and terminations for the week Ensure that all new recruits documentation reaches the Payroll Officer before the input due date Capturing of daily registers Filling Capturing daily water reading Doing maintenance department time sheet Doing petrol reconciliation for maintenance department

It has been a huge stepping stone
Working for such a large company has taught me how to work with a diversity of people, a typical day is fast paced and high energy. I have formed a great bond with my team and have earned their respect by getting the job done and bringing out the best in each employee. The most challenging aspects are meeting the deadlines with so many aspects that influence them, but that is also the most enjoyable part too as it pushes me to new limits

Excellent learning curve
Operating and managing of boilers and boiler house. Gained good friends as co-workers. A lot of nepotism and judgement. Late orders, cutting of overtime, letting people go so family members of the boss can be employed. Night shift workers falling asleep on duty and then get a slap on the wrist.

Maintenance in factory reduce brakedowns keep factory good running condition
Do weekends propely maintenance then you got no breakdowns during production while production is runing do routine inspection to see everything is smooth
Pros: You do the totaly startup in the morning make sure everything is okay for production when foctory is running make regularly inspection you have to had good relationship with production people cause the can help you check if something is not right they call you before big breakedowns
Cons: We work 3 shifts and every third weekend is maitanance weekend planed then you check the plant

Excellent learning company
Every day is unique and u never know what is going to happen during the day. Relationships with the co-workers depends on how you treat them. Some can be good, some can be bad. It has a lot of challenges every to find a solution

Fast learner
I am an independent hard working fast learning energetic young man looming for new adventures honesty trustworthy reliable and willing to learn new stuff as well. I can work under pressure, work as a team as well. Good tea. Leader as well, willing to worj overtime as well willing to learn new stuff. I am a patients person and always guve my best and all in everything i do

Self motivated
Having a team work makes the job be interesting even if is too hard but you enjoy eat because of being the for each other' and where is like there is a difficulties is when the steam dropping and at the same time production demand more steam' this is where the wisdom is needed to make sure that steam pressure is rising more better
