A good place to learn about systems
A rule and system following that sticks to set guidelines like ISO9001 and ISO/TS14198 amongst others. It has a strong hold on the suspension springs supply to the local car assembly industries and have strong ambitions of venturing into the international market with a hope of capitalizing on the need for replacement parts across the globe. It is a part of a larger group of companies as thus I believe it has a bit more security as long as it is profitable to the shareholders. The working environment in the plant is homely with everyone giving a close relationship encounter. The senior management can really do much with regards to staff training and role rotation as most of the employees (including me) feel that the monotonous nature of our role is a huge contributing factor to the low stuff moral. The company could also do with some sort of incentive scheme for the employees for targets achieved.
Pros: Great company culture
Cons: No employee development schemes, lack of role rotation

Excellent learning curve
Working at supreme spring is a lot of fun,the people there are good.I enjoyed every aspect of that company. As a fitter my job entails from maintaining all machine plants to ensure no loss of production and that all the machinery were in good condition.I work hand in hand with other artisans under a great foreman and a great plant manager...the great part of my job is that at times you have no idea of what your day at work is gonna be in terms of what you are going to do.I learned that whatever you do ensure that you and those around you are safe at all times and respect other people not just those who work with...The most challenging aspect of my job is that we work with heavy tools and at times on heights above 4m but above all else I love my job
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal working hours

There where I can make in diffrrence in someone's life, there you will find me God Bless Ronel
