Communication Skills

I work with different kind of patients who comes on a daily basis. I do have a good working relationship with my co-workers because we always emphasize on communication. I have learned to work with different kind of attitude and characters. I enjoy seeing people helped and satisfied with our kind of service. What is challenging is when people need help in things I have never been trained on and getting to harassed because you don't know.

Excellent Learning Curve

I work with different types and kinds of patients on daily basis. I have good working relationship with my co-workers and I have learned to deal with different types of attitude and characters. I enjoy dealing with difficult situation where patients really need help. the most challenging aspect is when I don't have the means to help patients.

Target driven

My daily routine is to update files online Provide patient with file numbers Claims on their medical aids Handle their complaints Resolve their complaints if they query Typing reports of patients if they need it And doing work adding the sections

Pros: I pay attention to details and I have good communication skills talking with patients, I can work independently and as a team
Cons: I am available at any time if my manager needs me

I and my co-workers have a good relationship

HARD WORKER , ABLE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE

I LIKE DOING MY JOB ALL THE TIME , I'M QUICK FOR MY JOB TYPICAL WORK IS THE ONE OF THE JOBS I LIKE ,I LIKE TO LEARN MORE AT WORK AS I LEARNT MORE AT MY CURRENT JOB I DO'NT WANT TO LEAVE MY JOB IN A WAY OF BAD THINGS THINGS I NEED TO WORK PEACEFULLY THAT IS HOW I LIKE AT WORK

I work as a pa and doing administration work

I am a responsible and dedicated lady ready to learn and a go getter where ever you put me I fit working with a responsible calibre. I set meetings handle butter deals and doing claims Handling patients medication good relationships with co-workers .
