Not challenging and no room for growth

The position comes with a lot of admin,filing and as the only employee in finance and in HR it can sometimes be a challenge. if you understand your fiance procedure this job should be a breeze for you. it is sometimes too easy and doesn't challenge me much.

Excellent Learning Curve

We work in a highly pressurized environment, daily deadlines are met and accuracy is of utmost importance. i enjoy the environment as the people are very understanding and helpful.

Pros: Great environment, understanding and helpful
Cons: Company is under business rescue.
