Just a learning programme

I love retail. I know almost 70% of my clients by their last names. Customer acknowledgement and service is up there. We are a 30second store so we need to be sharp and very observant soon as a client walks in. I work well with my colleagues though like any other group we have disagreements here and there.

Great experience out of Varsity

A typical day within Versace starts with stock counts and Remerchandising. Client advising I have been fortunate in the team I was placed with their fluidity and drive was really a page I could learn from structuring teams and how they should function to the type of store culture that is very health. What I learned most is how the South African luxury consumer thinks and their spending patterns across race and gender. I also learned how not to run a business, recognizing all the blind spots that lead to loss of sales and customers. Most challenging aspects of job is dealing with those blind spots, which aren’t in my control

Excellent Learning Curve

First All I am a hardworking and professional person. I communicate very well with Others, it has grown to be a habit. I respect time and people at all times. I'm a very positive individual, a solution person.

Excellent learning curve

Retails hours, long hours My team have become my family. I have created a huge customer base at Tiger of Sweden. I have learnt how to give exclusive experience, grown to be more patient. CHALLENGES The most challenging thing is to help a customer who does not want to be helped, and yet our brand is all about customer service. Working long hours only to get one day off in a week. What I enjoy about my job: I love making new customers Meeting new people The long conversations with customers, and ending with a big sale. I love the drive and enthusiasm my team has. Creating looks for customers, especially when they have no idea of what to wear to an event, and they put all their trust in me(builds my confidence)
