I strive for continued excellence

It is quite an experience to work at this establishment. My day at work entails administration dealing with guests bookings and arranging tours for the guests who require the service and mostly guests that are not familiar with our surroundings. I also help out with housekeeping as our company is a small entity and black owned. I have learned a lot from this type of set up because we deal with a diverse type of guests mainly coming from all over the world and that gives me great pleasure to interact with people of such calibre. At times the job can be challenging based on language barrier but otherwise I enjoy the job.

Pros: Getting to meet different people
Cons: The problem is that I cannot strengthen my horizon hence I job hunt in order to strengthen my horizons.

Always have a learning curve

Working at suthukazi bed and breakfast has been a learning curve and always gives you space to learn more. I am blessed with the bosses I have and they like family to me. I have learnt to have practice and be a hard worker. What I enjoyed most is being with people who don't mind teaching you new things. And the challenging was learning to work out of my comfort zone.

Pros: great opportunities to keep learning
Cons: I am willing to work long hours and do a job well done
