I am a fast learner when it's comes to job learning and I am a motivated person.

I am interested in learning more about jobs in engineering industry,so I still need more experience when it's comes to the engineering industry so that I can able to make sure that company can provide the stocks to their customers.And I would like to work in teams. Baloyi Lybon is a man who like to work hard to everything he does and be courageous enough in life.

Pros: I can't loose the opportunity that I would be in.
Cons: I would like to work overtime when the job is needed

Hardworking

Am a fast learner and hard worker also enjoy working in teams. I'm a time keeper. I also arrive at the working place 45 to 30 minutes before the working hours,so that I can prepare for the job.

Excellent learning curve

Swasap is a ell established engineering company based in germiston manufacturing different types of axles for train. The standard of the company required a well quality personal to achieve and reach the goal of the company. With over 50 people involve on the ground the top management and employees are working together to to keep the company at his best and always meet the expectation of the market

I'm a chief inspector/quality supervisor. Had 6 guys reporting to me.

Daily production meetings, assisting in priorities for quality depth on weekly basis. Meet weekly deadlines. Helping in calibrating measuring instrument. Doing paint thickness inspection on daily basis and sign g of documents to customers. Monthly scrap report meeting with continuous improvement projects. I was the Chief inspector and I assisted all the production managers and foreman with any quality problems in their shop.scrapping or quarantine suspect goods on daily basis. Did my 6 guys clock cards weekly. Some days helping inspecting products to meet urgent deadlines. Issuing of orders with drawings and documentation for special requirements from local and export customers. And lots more.

Great work experience

Exposed to a lot of manufacturing and engineering mensuration.. Dealt in depth with international clients as most product is exported.. Exposed to the development of a quality department from very poor quality levels to almost the best quality structure and 100% inspection of all dispatched product.. Working as per cis and drawing to meet customers needs and specifications.
