Being badly micro managed and not recognised for being innovative and constantly talked down

This is company I would not recommend to any one even if the salary peck are relatively good and very attractive yet I could be wrong with my review someone else can have different opinion

Excellent exposure and growth

This a very new opportunity for me but not much controls or processes in SA as most reporting is controlled by Switzerland. People are nice but staff turn over is high as is a small company hence not much growth opportunities. Alot of policies are not adhered to as they try to maximize sales which is a concern as it exposes the organisation to risk. Overall good learning curb.

Excellent learning curve about watches

Started with the brand when they opened their first store in Gauteng . It has been a great experience so far . But it’s time for change . There’s no growth as there’s only two stores in the country
