How to compile safety file

I work with friendly people who are willing to guide me and i have learnt a lot from them,just to name few how to work as a team n i have learn to compile report and conduct risk assessment and incident and accident investigation

I learned different techniques

I am working as Kriel Power Station consultant and working with 52 contractors. I do plant walk down with contractor Safety Officers. Doing presentations. Compiling reports to management Doing corrective action for deviations. I work very well with Safety Officers, because I give advice. I learned a lot and enjoy working with them because we share views. The challenges I have is when the client doesn't close the deviations immediately while expecting contractors to do immediately.

Pros: There is a great opportunity to get job because you meet managers from different contractors
Cons: Working panicking because for LTIs that might happened anytime

I am Safety consultant. I work with 52 contractors. We do plant walk and I compile a presentation for the findings. I conduct she meetings.. I audit the contractors. Conducting induction to contractors and Kriel power station employees. Conducting toolbox talk for Outage team

Pros: There is a great opportunity to get job because you meet managers from different contractors
Cons: Working panicking because for LTIs that might happened anytime
