Helping companies to get certified with food safety standards is very encouraging to see that the is a difference that you make in the industry. When doing training and see that all the food safety training that you did was effective is also very nice.

An out of the box thinker

A typical day at work can range from a boring bunch of meeting to an emergency flight to a client in desperate need of problem solving somewhere in Africa. It could range from a food safety audit to implementation support. I t could range from selling services and hosting client days/seminars in Angola to a mere day of dealing with invoices and quotes or budgets. All in all there is good, there is bad, but it is always fun.

Pros: Working for Merieux Exposed me to a variety of different food manufacturing environments and the hospitality industry
Cons: Being away from family in Cape Town, since I am based in Mauritius

I learn how to work with peale,communicate,sharing,how to behave,cleanliness,hygien

its excellent,challenging,good relationship we sharing jokes,i learnt to communicate with Peaple,laughing and singing to keep us happy even if the work load is big but we just get over it,working under pressure every day because the company is big,sometimes its like we need more hands.no names included
