Excellent learning curve

I'm currently employed at Switch Telecom as a sales and administration consultant being the first line of contact and resolving issues timeously. I manage all client service facets from beginning to the end and maintaining client database (CRM), basic administration and running of reports. I communicate with all stakeholders in a highly professional manner. I have worked extensively on different systems. I'm reliable and manage my time very well. I take pride in being accurate; I'm eager and self-motivated to achieve greater things; I’m a team player but able to work independently. My determination and resilience coupled with experience drives me to want to grow professionally. I have enrolled in a Customer service management course with Unisa to progress.
