Great environment

On a typical work day I answer incoming calls from the customers, communicate with clients via email, correspondence to client queries via email or telephonically. My colleagues were very helpful and loving.They were like family to me. I have leant so much about the insurance industry the ins and out. I When an error has occurred and client phone in to know what's happening.

Excellent learning curve

Love working in a call center industry. Love working with team Team building Hard worker.driven person and also having a sense of humour. Always wants to achieve something since I gave goals I take my jobs very seriously.
