Great learning experience

With my successful management experiences and proven track record in various fields that make up the Information Technology industry, I feel that I would be a valuable addition to any team. My personal aim is to minimize waste and increase production to achieve maximum potential profit. I am a hardworking, confident, motivated individual with a friendly personality. Due to my education and work experience, I believe you will benefit from my outstanding ability of being efficient, trustworthy and reliable. I possess a listening skill and have the ability to react to peoples’ needs, using challenges as stepping stones to opportunities. I have strong time management, written and oral communication skill. I can work under supervision with or without guidance and I am capable of doing what is required as instructed or expected. However, I enjoy working as a team and I have no problems creating relationships with colleagues.

Excellent learning curve

Working for Symbiotix Group has been a great experience for me. I have learnt a lot from the company. However there is no growth in my position and salary seems to be a little unfair for a person who does a lot of work.

Pros: No opportunities for growth

Ten years of my life

The position is deadline driven, but it gives enough time to plan and execute your work. Some days may be monotonous but there are interesting ups and downs to keep your mind permanently active and occupied. There are three ladies in my office, and although we are vastly different, we get along fine and work together like a finely tuned clock. I have learnt patience, and to sometimes not speak my mind when it is not necessary. I enjoy the routine, albeit sometimes a bit boring. The most challenging aspects would be certain tasks the FD would ask to be done. We dont always understand first time what is required. The job is very stressful, but can be rewarding too as long as you stay focused.

Pros: Good steady work, good security, good pension.
Cons: Far from home, very little time off.

Great learning curve

I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, I enjoy learning new things be it a new system that the company has introduced, always willing to learn and go an extra mile on the job for example assisting with reception duties. I have learnt to be more patient, as dealing with security officers and clients requires patience and listening. The things I enjoy the most at work solving employee queries e.g pay queries, being able to help people. The challenging aspects of my job would be dealing with security officers who are rude, and lack understanding.

Pros: I have good working relationship with my Manager, he is approachable and advises on how to improve ones work performance and always lends a hand to help me gain new experience
Cons: insufficient salary
