Exciting learning

I analyze flavors, from production and raw materials approval. When done in the lab, I assist the regulatory team. This is where I learn about rules, regulations, standards and systems. It is very interesting and challenging to implement Quality tools in my company as we are still trying to change the culture. I love my lab team, even when we disagree we always agree on what is best for Quality!! As I am planning to further study Quality tools, I am very optimistic that I’ll be a good Quality manager.
