I would say it is a good opporturnity for young people to develop work expierence

I have been with the company three months after it has opened. The bosses are great, there is an awesome team spirit. I would describe a normal days work as a day in the office. there are good days and there are bad days. I would describe my relationship with my colleagues as a good relationship as i am the most senior consultant so I am always teaching and motivating the team. I also like the amount of respect I receive from them. i have learned to send professional mails, I have learned to work and handle pressure well. i have learned the art of multi tasking. I enjoy that my department is self managed, it gives a sense of responsibility to each member in the team. the fact the room for growth is limited for females.

Pros: Awesome work environment
Cons: Working according to the British time zone

Busy with challenging working hours

Working in the call centre industry is very fast paced. You learn to deal with some many different personalities on a daily basis not only on calls with customer but your colleagues. I have learnt so much working in the industry, but the point that stands out most is you learn to listen when someone speaks. You also learn to adapt your personality to the person on the other end of the line. The most challenging aspect of my job is the working hours, as a mom of two girls working U.K hours from 12pm to 10pm, I really don't get to spend time with my girls

Excellent learning exprience

well I have learn a lot working in this company it gets busy at times i work at the back office ensuring customers details are correct the most challenging aspect of my job is making sure all customers seeing too meaning that is about 150-200 emails a day that needs to be done i work well with others and the relationship with co-workers are all friendly

Pros: Great opportunity to meet new people
Cons: Long working hours

No Growth

I really learnt alot here, helped build the company to where it is now, everyday is a challenge working with diverse people everyone wants to be their own boss, I love working here ,love the people, but no future for me, I see less qualified individuals coming into the business on more senior roles due to knowing someone

Pros: good people
Cons: no scope for growth unless you are part of the circle

Only management is treated well.

Lack of communication and staff causes last minute panic attacks to ensure processes and campaigns are set up. No room for growth as new staff is hired instead of providing opportunities to long-term staff. Annual increases are turned down but new staff will be hired with inflated salaries. Procedures are barely followed yet will be changed constantly.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: No growth or opportunities. Poor communication. Annual Increases ignored but new staff get inflated salaries.
