I've accumulated a lot of experience

The back office work is monotonous to say the least but I have built solid relationships with my colleagues. HR is tyrannical and makes more personal decisions than it does professional.

The corporate experience

The CEO and FD is very positive and approachable and that sets a good culture. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect and given a wealth of self-esteem to carry on in their works day. While the compensation could be higher, I recently had a family emergency and the support I received from managers and team members surpassed anything I could have expected, which has been invaluable. What really makes the company great is the people and supportive managers. A down side is the very few management roles that opens up.

Pros: Having all the equipment, tools and resources you need to perform your work well.
Cons: To much red tape, having to contend with the bureaucracy that’s typical of a large company.
