I am a self-driven, motivated, organised and committed individual.
My typical work days are very hectic and under tremendous pressure especially during allocation and transportation of co-workers for electronic backups during road blocks. With my healthy communication skill and confidence in my position, I have managed to bring out the best in my team.

E-commerce and Data Analytics
Co-worker are friendly, and the company has everything to learn from. reason i apply is to move away from the support an environment as i spent 6 years now in the same route. i want something fresh and new. Relationship with the co-workers is great. but the most challenging aspect of the job they lacking team work and skills metrics. which is where i am from i am used to team playing an environment as i am more of diligent and a team player so its a bit harder for me to adjust.
Pros: The position i am in is already a higher according to the company. then the move is always management

I learned a lot
At work I was excellent, everything I do at work was on time and perfect. My supervisors where even sure that every job they gave me will be perfect. I was always happy at work because I love my work and I was always at work,commited to my work.all my colleagues where always happy to see me,a prove of that is everybody knows me from officer,inspector,sup to chief sup because of my good work.i leant that if you are good to everybody they be also good to you as well but this I'm referring to my good work.what I enjoyed was when ever the officers knows they will be working with me as their technical assistance, they where so happy and I was happy to see smile on their faces and they also tell me that the day or night is young with me as their technician. The challenge about that job was working when is cloudy situation as you have to monitor the camera time and again to have good quality pictures.
Pros: I was promoted from driver to technical assistance
Cons: during night it was long hours because of preparation of equipments,like batterie and flashes

Great work experience
I'm a hard and dedicated worker who can work under pressure. I work in large environment with different people from different group ethics. Having to reach daily target is a challenge because the system gets slow sometimes but it's a great environment to work in. I enjoy assisting the members of the public the most.
Pros: Overtime is always open.
Cons: No growth or promotion opportunities

Good job
My review about working at Syntell lty pts The work I do at syntell is not as much as it used to be, I start at 7am everyday I extract traffic fines, issue on fts and then I upload the images to a database for it to be captured. I also work sometimes with the courier drivers that fetch work and I despatch the boxes and envelopes. Other times I help traffic officers that bring work in. I have an amazing relationship with my co-workers I always pitch in where I can if anybody needs assistance. We get along great because we all know we came to work for a reason. From the five years I've been at syntell I have worked in every department to gain more knowledge and experience so I've learnt many things. I enjoy learning new things everyday and interacting with others.

No room for improvement
No room for improvement, salary is too small, it's a contract, no communication between team leader and workers. We are not included to the functions like others teams. No bonus at the end of the year and no medical aid, treated different from others there are lot of other things happening

I am capable of the following: Providing assistance to customers and operational staff by installing, configuring and supporting computer software and hardware and being a point of contact for incidents and service requests such as: • Install and configure of new hardware and Software • Monitor and Maintain systems and infrastructure • Rollout of new applications and upgrades • Carry out administrative duties; e g Maintenance and day to day operational support • Perform other duties as assigned • Liaise with other IT personal and developers for problem resolutions on escalated matters • Maintain Backups, Security, and other strategies • Investigate and resolve incidents logged by customers • Examine and complete service requests logged by customers • Coordinating and liaise with suppliers on equipment repairs

Applications and Database. Strategic and communication
I surpass working under extreme pressure and strict deadlines. I am proficient in the use of various automated solutions. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid Educational foundation and a passion for IT Support especially something that could grow my career and meet my career objectives. I interact productively with people from the diverse backgrounds and is able to work independently or as part of a Team. I strongly believe that I would be a perfect fit for the company and that is a role in which I could continue to deepen and broaden my skills in IT. It is a good company
Great working conditions with a very good potential to grow as an individual, also support workers educational interests. You will also have the opportunity to to work without any one monitoring you, you also have the opportunity to meet up with the company executives all the time so that they can understand the challenges you are facing as an employee
