Good working environment with management and subordinates

Good international company with excellent benefits. Although the room for improvement is limited due to the employees being very loyal and not moving.

Know your colleagues

It's a good to work for the company, my relationship with colleagues is good, I have learned a lot from the past 2 years from plant starting up, production and finished goods. The most challenging thing in the workplace is that people are snakes, they believe bad mouthing someone is the only way to grow and some of them they are promoting that bad culture
