I am dealing with cash collection from customers I have good relationship with my colleagues the most difficult aspect I've came across with when customers don't pay on time and they expect the company to deliver the stock . I have to block the customers on system and phone them to remind them with the outstanding amount that course the volume to drop meaning we don't earn much. I enjoy talking with customers and help them when ever they need something thanks
