Communicating with clients on a day to day basis make it challenging and interesting .fixing peoples information on the database helps they're claims go through the processes faster. And I have a Passion for client service delivery.

My job helps me communicate with different people on a day to day basis. I enjoy helping people with claims and getting the feedback. Updating the database is fun when you're done with updates it makes others work less stressful
